Founder/CEO

Before founding Global Focus Research, Tania worked in different research field services for 15 yrs. Tania leaded market research projects across diverse industries while closely working with 500 fortune companies where she recruited and managed over 2000+projects in her career with hard driven results. Tania strongly believes a key to achieving success is to assemble a strong and stable management team. Her life motto “you don’t lead by pointing and telling people what to do. You lead by showing how’s its done”. Tania Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business management and Marketing.

Jennifer Bernstein

Project Manager

Jennifer studied Psychology and business management at Hunter College. She is now an integral member of our team managing projects and client’s needs. Jennifer believes that adaptability and problem solving are key to success. During her spare time, she likes to volunteer at local animal shelter.

Barbara Santana

Senior Project Manager

Graduated from Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree in communication. Barbara lives for the culture, and she has traveled over 20 different countries aiding and mentoring the less fortunate as charity. Here at GFR Barbara works closely with the client developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project by exceeding client expectations for their vision.

Nadine Bazile

Recruiter Manager

Over 15 years of recruiting experience. Nadine is embedded with in a recruiting center of excellence, she is directly responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies. Nadine is Quadrilingual who enjoys the challenges recruitment brings. Nadine believes that recruiting is the fundamental part of Qualitative research. On her spare time, she enjoys exploring her city. She graduated from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
